i m very tensed

hello i had protected sex wid a sex worker a neamrly month back  n in starting i wore 2 condoms n then wore 3rd. i read about herpes n aids.i m very worried n cant slepp or eat properly.its thoughts r troubling me every second.cant tell my family. pls tell me do i have a risk of any infection.it was my first time sex.should i really need to do blood test. i read that till 3months its of no use to get test done only after three months it can be detected.will i ever be as normal as i was if i m hiv positive.pls help me.

protected sex = NO risk.

testing is not needed.

I'm not sure what you mean by wearing two condoms and then a third.  If you mean that you wore three condoms at the same time, you really shouldn't do that (and there isn't a need to).  It can make the latex rip more easily.  So if you could explain what you meant, that may help.

If you use condoms correctly and consistently during intercourse, you will not contract HIV.
