iam sure iam infected

I'm a 33 year old male.
4months ago, I had protected vaginal intercourse and oral with a prostitute in north east INDIA.

However, I remember that I was fingering her (deep inside), and then when I was putting a condom on for intercourse, I pushed the inside of the tip of the condom before I put it on (with the fingers I was using for masturbating her).
So I imagine that some of her vaginal fluids were inside the condom, and  have been "massaged" against the tip of my penis during the act.

What is my risk of catching HIV or other STD's in my situation?

I am really anxious. because after this exposure and sex with my wife i saw some kind of rashes on my wife chest around 20days later..after 2 months my wife had a severe abdomen pain for 3 or 4 days.
from my side a headach for 2 days after a month,a fevr and sore throat for 3 days .....and now kind of pimples on my face i dont know weather nit could be becouse of stree or hiv...please help

Once the virus is exposed to air, it is rendered unable to infect.

Re - Read , what ever your question is , answer will be same in your scenario . You don't have any risk.

If you still worrying get ant type of test ( 3rd or 4) now and see your negative result.

by the way just few more doubts please care to reply these becouse m really stress thinking i might have pass the virus to my wife....

the fingering time and puting the condom was 10 sec approxmately so it was much expose to air beside the  room was dark......
Dear James my real concern is that i put the condom with left hand (unfingered hand) and try to rolled up the condom with right hand (fingered  hand) but it was inside out so it couldnt rolled up ...during that time i cleary know i touched the tip and again turn the condom and rolled it up ...so the virus was persent inside the condom.........my friend told me she is hiv+ve so iam very scarednow.......should i get tested for these exposure or move on without anywworries?? thank you

yes it was protected ...i didnt even had sex for a minutes and ejuclate inside the condom ....my MAIN concern is that the vagina fluid might have mixed up with my sperm and went inside the urethra.........i sure i ve contimated some fluid inside  the condom (THE TIP of the CONDOM) since right after fingering the vagina i touched it.....
I READ THAT INORDER FOR A VIRUS TO DEACTIVATE IT HAS TO BE DRY.....why is my exposure NO risk even if the FLUID were NOT  DRY??

Nothing you mention is a risk for infection. Your sex was protected and oral is not a risk
