help pleae

my exposure was getting a hand job  from a woman on the street, i had sore, and cut on my penis
two weeks after i  this i started having sore thoat, cough, nasal congestion, burning sensation in feet and hands, wehn to do. run some test said that i had  an infection, because my wbc was elevated. can this elevation of wbc due to hiv infection. this flu symptom lasted for a week, after i had a sollow lymp node on my chin and be hind my head three month after, to date i still have sever burning pain in my knees and hand. can ars last that long. do i need an hiv test.

i mean if the blood or secretion of the person gving the hand job get into the sore on penis can it be tranmitted that way
