possibke hiv or other blood borne disease exposure???scared

yesterday I went to get a tetanus shot.the syringe used was new. opened infront of me.but the medical personnel accidentally touched the needle, he WASN'T wearing gloves. I asked him to get a new needle but he insisted not to worry.for my satisfaction he cleaned the needle quickly with disinfectant soaked cotton.now can I get HIV or other blood borne infections through it.NO VISIBLE BLOOD ON NEEDLE AND HANDS of the guy.

You didn't have an HIV risk in any way.  No "what if" scenario you can come up with will equate to you having a risk.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
