Menstrual blood on condom, wash hands, then HJ

HI I recently had sex with a massage therapist who offered intercourse with a condom. I put the condom on myself carefully then proceeded with intercourse, but after about a minute I noticed blood. I told her I could not continue so she took some tissues and slowly removed the condom, then flushed it down the toilet. I had her wash her hands, while I wiped my penis with tissue (not sure if some blood got on it but there was no blood on the head or anywhere near the urethra) then she lubed her hands with massage oil and continued to finish with a handjob. After having read some of the previous posts about blood on the condom, I realized that my situation is a little different. however she did insist that she had blood test and no HIV, am I in the same low risk as most everyone else who's asked on this forum with similar experiences?

NO RISK...

transmission requires unprotected penetration...takes place INSIDE the body, as in the penis being INSIDE the vagina / anus.

Thank you for the fast reply, so having small drops of menstrual fluid (if any) making external contact on my genitals should not transmit the virus

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
