losing blood from the skin

My situation is getting worst.
Today i have found some tiny spots on my skin that are loosing blood. It looks like petechiae.
I'm also having a vary bad stomach ache and candidosis.
For me this means i have got AIDS.
I know that i have been tested negative at 14 weeks but there should be something wrong in the test, or some other reason, otherwise i don't understand how this can happen.

Do you even know what you read? 3A11-LS  is a less Less-Sensitive assay. No one uses those tests.

Yes , they pick up all the CRFs. Sure.
The problem is the window period. In the seroconversion period the performance of the tests are not the same and are depending on the subtype of the specimen.

If you will take the time to look Alex you would see that the tests do pick up all CRFs.

Teak, search on internet and you will find many info on this matter.(try: EIA subtype E)
I think that my missed positivity is only a technical matter concerning the test.

That's where you are wrong, it wouldn't matter if you did have a non B subtype the tests would pick it up. If you don't know already the tests aren't looking for subtypes they look for antibodies to HIV. There is no known subtype that todays tests won't pick up.

Because the person was frome thailand and there the subtype E (CFR AE) is prevalent.
I was also reading that in testing this subtype, the cut-off of  the test should be lower then 1 (used for type B), because  the mean time window period of this subtype is longer.
I think this  could be the reason of the missed positivity in my test. But i will see next time with the doctor.

Teak, i know it looks strange, but this is what's going on.
It's not a mental issue. I wish it could be.
I said  already that i have been exposed to a non-B subtype that it's possible can have some different behavior expecially for symptoms and not so easy to be detected by the tests.
That's my guess but I will go thursday to the clinic for another check.
