anxiety not letting me concentrate in any of my work

I had a protected sex on april 16th 2012 and during that i had a hard kissing experience in which once that women passed the contents most probably beer in her mouth to mine. so suddenly after 84 days i felt worried of that incident and on 85th day i went for the blood check up. i was tested non -reactive. i think the test was spot test. how much reliable is that? and i also had CBC which showed that my monocyte count is just 1 % (standard 8-10), do that have anything to do with HIV?? and i would also like to know is test of 85th day conclusive??? my haemoglobin count is increased and so is RBC count do it have any realation with HIV??
