massive symptoms

3 months after exposure to unprotected sex went to gybn and got test for stds. Everything negative except hep c. Hep nearly undectable and sonogram good buthe problem is ive been having a lot of symptoms such as productive cough, numbiness in hand and feet, chills, itchiness, i think swollen lymph nodes, no rash, no sore but throat feels the same as when i had mono, occational abdominal pain. Are these symptoms related to hiv. What are the chances of results being a false neg for hiv.
