mean about weak immume system

how about i have everytime my body had antibody...
i mean rheumatoid factor antibody

my rheumatoid factor antibody is positive at rate 134 since 2003

so, positive at rheumatoid factor it is mean  a weak immune system or Immunocompromised?

so that mean my body take long time more then 3 month to develop enough hiv antibody to detect by hiv testing?

because what i heard, person who have weak immume system take long time to produce antibody
