Oral sex to a prostitute. Why the symptoms after 8 weeks

I am very afraid. I practiced oral sex unprotected to a prostitute and the following week I had sexual relations with my wife and she is breastfeeding our 2-year-old daughter. I did not pay attention to the act I did until I started to feel strange symptoms in my body, bleeding without reason, I have a white tongue, swollen glands, diarrhea, my tongue burns and my mouth is very sensitive, now almost two months after That experience my wife is presenting a strong picture of diarrhea and dizziness along with a flu discomfort. I am terrified of being able to infect her with HIV because I have cavities and my gums bleed. I really need help.

No worries, because you can't get hiv from oral activities. Studies of infected people in an oral sex relationship or who have kissed have proven that the negative partner doesn't get hiv. HIV is effectively instantly dead in air plus also dead in saliva, and the person`s mouth always has those 2 hiv killers in it protecting the negative person from getting hiv via oral activities. Blood and cuts would not be relevant since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to look for them to be sure that you are safe.
HIV doctors don't pay attention to symptoms that people claim they have, so no one here does either. It is not a diagnostic and there is no useful diagnostic for hiv on the internet, so it is best for a person to not waste time on google trying to diagnose. It is flu season, so it is not surprising if she has flu.

Really thank you very much for your prompt response. But I am very scared that I could have contracted the virus. Because I feel many things related to a zero conversion. And now my wife is like that. Now what doesn't let me sleep is my tongue that gets asleep. All my sensitive mouth is white. That has me wrong. Because I have been doing that for almost two months now. And I want to be sure if the result of an Elisa test is reliable at 8 weeks is reliable. I try to be calm but I can't. I have bad oral hygiene. I do not know if at that time I suffered from dry mouth syndrome and did not produce enough saliva to protect myself
Zero conversion (also known as late seroconversion) is an old myth, long since disproven, so hiv doctors do not agree that can happen.

I mentioned this before >>>> "HIV doctors don't pay attention to symptoms that people claim they have, so no one here does either."
Can I be sure that I am fine regardless of my symptoms? Because my wife suffers severe headaches, dizziness and malaise from flu, diarrhea. She doesn't know what I did on the street and I would die if I infected her and she our daughter. It was my irresponsibility. Because I feel like I'm going to make history being the first man to catch hiv who gives oral sex to a girl
Can I have an Elisa test at 8 weeks after my risk exposure, hoping it is negative? I forgot to mention that my wife suffers from psoriasis, but she has not taken her immunosuppressants for a long time because she is breastfeeding. Perhaps she suffers faster and more intense symptoms due to her illness?

" I feel like I'm going to make history being the first man to catch hiv who gives oral sex to a girl " Your theory is not science so maybe see a doctor for some advice.

You had no risk. In an adult, only unprotected anal or vaginal sex and sharing IV drug needles with infected users carries a risk for HIV.

I'm feeling sad, I'm feeling that I will lose all that important to me. Can you please help me
Hiv science is based on 40 years of doctor's experience and scientific analysis.
I don't answer questions here for people when I'm not sure of the answer. I am completely sure that you had no risk whatsoever for HIV from what you've described. Your problem isn't disease, it's guilt over what you've done. We cannot help you overcome your guilt but you can seek out a local counselor for therapy to help you work out this issue. Guilt does not cause disease but it causes severe health anxiety and fear of disease for people and it's the number one reason for the symptoms that people post about on here daily.
Thank you very much for your answers that make me feel calmer. And it makes me know more about the topic of HIV and its risks. And yes, I have a lot of anguish, worry, anxiety, and sadness. Maybe for that reason I feel what I feel in the body and more than anything in my tongue and mouth. But if so. It does not leave me alone the fact that my wife has these discomforts just when many places say that the window period ranges between 3 and 6 weeks. I really want to be well and I really appreciate the professionalism that is practiced in this forum and the patience they use to teach us. Really. Thank you very much and God bless you.

Hello.  Our members have patiently answered your question that you had no risk for HIV.  Our forum supports the opinion of experts in the field of HIV that oral sex is not how people get HIV.  As you do not have an HIV concern because you had no risk, we are now closing this discussion.
