Hiv risk following a anal

Hi all. I am now desperate to know how much risk I have contracting HIV. 2 weeks ago I had anal sex with someone I've been seeing for over a year and who I trust, which resulted in some tears in the anus. The next day during a make out session with another guy who I did not really know anything about, in spite of my resistance, some of his pre-cum dripped onto my vagina and probably onto the anus where the tears were! I do not know about his HIV status at all and now I am definitely freaking out! Especially now that I start to have a running nose and really dry throat (not the common sore throat, there is no pain at all, it just feels very scratchy and totally causes me to cough at time). Considering the timeline I am really worried that it is HIV but it is still early to take a test. Is there someone who knows a thing or 2 about anal tears and HIV-positive semen?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

A wound that could possibly be a risk of HIV transmission would be one that requires sutures. The only people that are concerned with this type of possible transmission would be your Emergency Rescue Personal or Surgeons.

Hi I had read this a while ago, that "Cuts, sores, and sexually transmitted infections that are located or affect the mucous membranes of an individual can facilitate infection with HIV. The skin is an effective barrier against HIV, but deep, fresh cuts or wounds on the skin can serve as a route for HIV transmission and infection." It was provided by an health expert on HIV. Is there a definition on "fresh cuts or wounds"?

Thank you so much for replying! I have read all I could about HIV transmission. And according to some articles there is a possibility that it could be passed to open wounds, which is what highly worries me! Since the anal tears were fresh (from mid night to noon next day) in this case, is there a chance that the semen could infect it, if the person is positive?
