need help on recent hiv exposure

hi i m from india ,recently i had gone on a trip to thailand(pattaya) ,got involved with a sex worker from uzbekistan she brushed and took bath properly before coming to bed started with some toungue kissing ,no oral jobs ,the moment i inserted my penis with in the minute i felt there is something wrong with the condom i took it out it was torn from top i replaced it and finished it ,even after lookig at torn condom she was at peace,this all happened on 25th august tell me what are the risks and when and what should be the name of the hiv test i should go for plzz help me, is kissing also a risky thing

You had condom failure and require testing for it.At 3 months post-exposure you can receive a conclusive result.NO, kissing is not a risk.All the best.

A risk is a risk.Its to early to test.Wait 4 weeks and take p24combi test,that looks for both p24antigen and antibodies.

You will still be reqired to test at 3 months post exposure for a conclusive test result.

hi, you were protected until condom broke, don't freak out, concentrate in other things apart from hiv

get tested at 6 weeks if negative confirm your status at 3 months for conclusive result

the moment condom failed i guess within seconds i wore a new one r there really any odds !!!! plz tell me 40 days is a long time to go

You don't play ODDS with HIV.

thanks  teak i promise i wont even bother you once after this plzz tell me since u answer millions of queries was i at a high risk or have u ever come across a case in which a person has got hiv due to a minute of viganal exposure .....i did ejaculate in a new condom so no semen exchange at the end plzz replyyy

You don't need ejaculation to have HIV transmission.

u still dint reply(A) is this a very high risk factor
(B)HAVE U EVER COME ACROSS A CASE IN WHICH A PERSON IS DECLARED HIV POSITIVE WITH A MINUTE OF EXPOSURE

A risk is a risk and the ONLY way to know your status is by testing. Had you used a condom you wouldn't be here asking questions.

HERE I M MISUNDERSTOOD I DID USE A CONDOM IT BROKE WHEN I WAS DOING IT  AND THE MOMENT I GOT TO KNOW ITS BROKE I USED ANOTHER ONE

It's called operator error. Condoms don't just break, not removing the air from the condom reservoir and not using enough water base lube is the usual cause of condom failure.

thanks but i dint get the answers i m looking for if you could help i ll relived from the agony i ll be facing for next 90 days as i m already on antidepressants and that s also one of the reasons i was with a csw in thailand any ways no more of my stories plz try and answer doctors here in india are least knowledgeable on hiv
