I have do oral with little bit swallow not directly come in mouth.
How reliable is the rna test after 18 days and the combo test after 46 days? is this conclusive?

also he tried anal but it doesn't work maby for 5 sec he tried. do I feel when he was in me?

You never needed to test.  Giving or receiving oral sex is not a risk for HIV. The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected  vaginal or anal sex (where penetration has occurred) or sharing of IV drug needles.  Transmission happens inside the body. Air and saliva deactivate the virus.  And you would know if he penetrated your anus, yes.  So, no risk.

oral is zero risk.  a 4th gen duo test is conclusive at 28 days so your 46 day is conclusive. as far as your last question, only you can determine what you feel, not us. I have no way of telling you if you do or do not feel when he is in you,  but I feel like you'd notice if you were penetrated.
