I am a shouth african male, I whent too a local clinic, i insited to to take 2 rapid hiv 1 and 2 test. both where negative this was on 31 October 2012. Can i trust these results as I am a bit sceptic obout the rapid Hiv test, How accurate are they?

False negatives happen if the rapid test is administered to soon after exposure. 3 months post exposure would be accurate and conclusive.
