oral sex

Hi, ive been browsing the posts here, had a question regarding oral sex.
Is receptive fellatio still considered low risk? Ive noticed a couple posts by dr. Hook that said there have been some recent reports of hiv being contracted this way.
I gave oral sex to a man, no ejaculation, about 3-4 weeks after i had a slight sore throat and swollen inflamed node behind my left ear that is still there a month later, though it has gone down in size.i have also had bad headaches since then. No fever or rash at all. Is this worth testing over?
