window period

hi guys  guess this will sound silly orstupid of me.
i com comefrom Kenya, Africa where info and resources is still low.
i had an encounter whre the condom bursted
was able to go for a test exactly 90 days after the encounter which tested neagative.
it is the basic kit issued by the WHO to the govermem\nt of Kenya? is this test conclusive

90 days is considered conclusive but if your body doesnt feel right after 90 days and you think your sick then re-test the following month there is nothing wrong to re-test if you still feel you could have the HIV virus.
