We already told you you had no risk. There is no need for additional anxiety and for testing

I am having one more issue.  I am having a bad habbit of eating Betel leaf with betel nut and chewing tobacco(daily) from outside and from different places. One time there is a ban for this due to reason that some one got HIV by eating this but I dont know that. Every time when i eat that my mouth will get some wound and sores. So if he is HIV+ and his blood is in the betel leaf and I ate it with my open wound and sores in my mouth. Is there any chance to get HIV. This is my last question. Pls help me... I will not disturb you again.
No. There is no chance. Eating betel leaf is not in itself a risk and you cannot get HIV fron chewing it but some sources do say they increase your risk of having HIV when you do have an actual risk like unprotected sex or sharing needles (you did not have a risk).
Thanks for your valuable reply. So eating some thing that contain a fresh HIV+ blood with open wound and open sores in mouth will not get HIV.

Testing is pointless. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Will-HIV-transmit-from-wet-towel-/show/3023900#post_14340753
You should consider a talk with your doc or a therapist instead, to help you accept the science, and the fact that it is unrealistic for you to think you have a risk when you don't have any medical training.
