Miss a dose of PEP on the day 6th. Does that cause a big problem?

I missed one dose on PEP on day 6th, since then I have taken my pills on time (I'm currently on day 16th).
My question is: Does that affect negatively to the result of PEP?
Thank you for your answers

What was your risk that you are on PEP?

If you reread yesterday's advice, you will see that it doesn't matter how many placebo pills you take.
Thank you AnxiousNoMore, I read your advice and felt relief with it. Just want to feel secured with a higher chance of not getting HIV then I decided to keep using PEP (a backup way I guess)
