Can anyone suggest me what steps should I take? Should I take test? Because even if it's not transmitted through objects, it's worry some.

You don't need to do anything. You will not get HIV from this. HIV can only infect inside the body and it does not survive on inatimate objects, so you have nothing to worry about.
Only step to take is talk to your doctor about your irrational anxiety issue because maybe he can settle you down.

No and just FYI I’ve had what a doctor himself called a symptom of hiv which was yeast in my throat and I was tested and was negative and it was way beyond touching a knife.

But sir why I'm I having a diarrhea m, does it has any thing to do with my stress issues or its been just twodays since the incident
You have likely had diarrhea before so you should know it can happen at any time, so should move on instead of trying to connect unrelated disease. Zero HIV risk=no ARS
there are TONS of reasons people have diarrhea. Food, virus, problems with your GI, countless causes. I do not know why, but it has nothing to do with HIV. I'm sure you've had it before in your life and didn't immediately think it was because of HIV. It would be too soon for symptoms anyways. All of that is irrelevant really though because you had zero risk.
