worried

So going on 7 years ago, I got a herpes outbreak in my genital region, and i went to the doctor and they scraped it, and the dr./nurses were freaking out asking me if i was raped or if something happened and at the time, i was 10 years old and i was overwhelmed and i said no, i don't recall anything... and that was the truth. so i went back and they said it was herpes and i never went back. a few years later after health class i started to ask my mom about it because at the time i didn't really know what was going on. she said that the dr told her that it wasn't the sexually transmitted kind and there was nothing to worry about, but sometimes i wonder it she says that stuff so i don't worry about it because i have lots of aniexty over my health. Then 3 years later i went to the dr and was concerned and we talked and she said that maybe i picked it up from a gym or something becuase at the time i did go to the local ymca a lot, but she said it didn't say what kind it was. then about a year later from that i noticed swollen lymph nodes in my neck, they are symmetrical and moveable i think there the posterior cervical, i went to the dr when i was 14 because i worried about them being cancerous, he felt them and said there was nothing to worry about, and for the most part i moved on. but now a few weeks ago i started to worry again because the lymph nodes never went away, and now i'm freaking out, that i may have HIV/AIDS and it is in the asymptomatic stage. because they are symmetrical and they are posterior cervical, and those are the characteristics of HIV related Lymph nodes, and they have been there for about 4 years at least 4 years ago is when i noticed them maybe sooner! and also the lymph nodes under my chin swelled up to something during highschool, out of no where and that hasn't went away either! IM FREAKING OUT!!

Basically what i am asking is, that i have no idea how i got this herpes outbreak, and now i am really playing all the scenarios in my head of how i could of got it, and not knowing how i got it makes me wonder if i was raped or something and just don't remember or if have other stds like HIV they haven't showed up yet, or if i grabbed on to something contaminated in my daily life and was to young to be concerned. also my parents own a buisness and i use to ride with the truck drivers and possibly when i feel asleep they sexually abused and i just do know it, like injected me with hiv

Do you guys think that my symmetrical lymph nodes in my neck could be related to hiv its been seven years, maybe it possibly it hasn't showed up yet they say it can take long time, do note that they are  the posterior cervical in my neck and that they have been there since freshmen year and i am now a senior.. also for a long time i use to picking at them a lot! dont forget the one under my chin swelled up to later on.

would you be concerned, or do you think i am overreacting, do you think a test is necessary?

also if my mom is telling the truth and the dr really said it wasnt the sexually transmitted kind which i would figure is hsv1 is it possible to get that genitally with out engaging in sexually acts?

does it make it more likely that it is hsv 1 also because i haven't had an outbreak ever since the initial.?

also can picking at the lymph nodes and rubbing them make them stay longer and not go away??

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV. If you had an exposure then the only way to know your status is by testing.
