possible exposure??...

Like a couple of posts I've read on your site - I had sex, used a condom, with a female sex worker but had a blow job without a condom. I stupidly let the escort put the condom on me but it looked intact and fine. I've had every symptom e.g. fever, stomach ache/abdominal pain, 4 night sweats - first 2 i woke up dripping wet, diaheria, blocked nose, sore throat etc. Went for a blood test at 33 days at my gum clinic and came back negative of stds and hiv. I was very anxious up till I got those results back, I couldn't eat, work, or sleep well so decided to get some kalms tablets and tried to enjoy my xmas. Lost weight due to lack of eating, maybe 5 or 6 lbs but over xmas ate well (as you do) and felt alot better.
Now the anxiety has all come back and i am terrified. My girlfriend has started with fever and a sore throat. Been on a few different forums and some say i didnt even need to test at all but i thought it was the decent thing to do, to protect my girlfriend because i could of contracted a std. It got to a point last night when i was led in bed that i was thinking how to tell my family i'm hiv+ and how do i break the new to my girlfriend. Am i mad?!?
I know i have to wait roughly till 84 days to be conculsive but is my 33 day negative result a good indicator at all or is it useless?? also noticed a grey mark on my ankle and a tiny red spot on each of my hands underneath my skin, are they symptoms of hiv? I hope you can advise/support me with this.

I know you keep writing the same thing - Anyone else have a view of my possible exposure? I have nobody to talk to about this, no family, or close friends and I'm no expert. I dont see nothing wrong with a bit reassurance once in a while.
I've been pretty much off the forum since my 33 day result came back back negative but just want some peoples thoughts and advice.
