VERY SCARED OF HIV

Hello,

I am male 28. I had unprotected sex with Italian lady anal /oral/ vaginal about 11 weeks ago. I have been having many weird symptoms that I am scared of. I first developed a sore throat this has lasted about 6 week and still is on going, its not severe but it does hurt and does not seem to go away . I have been to the doctor and they said they didn’t see anything but it could be due to viral infection or Candida in the larynx that cant be seen by the eye. I am seeing a specialist doc again on Thursday . I have been also having aching joints for the last 8 weeks on and off. Another concerning symptom these last 3  weeks my skin has been itching/burning all over my body non stop I get small dots on my hands about 10-20 little dots or so for a few days they then go away, I have never had any allergies in my life or skin problems , i don’t wear a watch or anything else. And I havent changed anything I eat or do.No weight loss.
I have had a test at 8 weeks for HIV and all STIs ( @2 months and all was negative ) I am currently on the 11th Week short of 3 months and I will tests again I am just very concerned.
I haven’t had any fever or anything else which is very strange my glands hurt from time to time but are never swollen.

My questions are

A) These are all symptons but should I be worried
b) Can I test now or do I have to wait till 3months
c) I had my HIV test in the UK and a small clinic would it detect anything at 8 weeks
c) even if it wasnt HIV, but some other infection wouldnt I get fever?

Any advice help doctor please
Thanks

A) Symptoms are not HIV related.
B) You can test now, your 8 week test is unlikely to change
C) Yes most likely if you had HIV your 8 week test would have been positive
D) Can't say.
