So worried and scared

Please help. I had a fling around 5 months ago with a friend from work,
We never went the whole way (withdrawal method)
I went to the doctors about three months ago about slightly off coloured vaginal discharge
( which wasn't an every day occurrence, had no foul odour etc just a but of a pain) the doctor told
Me to go to a sexual health clinic, so i went, they took swabs and blood test,
About 4 days later results came back fine. They said to go back in three months which will be the end of this
Month.
I now have a rash across my neck which could possibly be from a cat allergy. The last time i saw this cat i woke up
With a puffy eye! I think all the worrying is starting to make me go mad!
Does anyone know what generation of testing UK GUM clinics use? And what are the window periods?
I was thinking of going to get a rapid test done.
Im so scared. Please help. If a doctor is online i would
Greatly appreciate your input.
Thanks!
Ps. I am taking benadryl for the rash which stops it itching
And also the doc gave me cream.

Thank you. Its crazy what your mind does to you. Ive been worrying so much i am being jolted awake at night, apparently thats anxiety.
I just didnt want to be one of the people who get the symptoms really late. The sexual health clinic said i was low risk and even just by looking at/up me said there was no sign of any std.  This experience has scared the life out of me! All the window periods on different websites state different times, i suppose looking at them all does not help in the first place!

As Lizzie advised 3 months is conclusive and you do not need further testing.

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

Then you have a conclusive result and you don't have HIV.

Thank you, i went to the sexual health clinic about three months after, thats when i got the negative result, do i need to go back at all? The rash i had is now fading, i do think it was a cat allergy. Just worrying about it i think is making me worse. Can i go to a sexual health clinic and just ask for a hiv test?
Thanks for your help

pretty sure they use 4th generation tests.

a conclusive result is obtained at 3 months post exposure, so you can test now and be done with it.
