razor blade question

i have 1 questions.
I actually been to barber shop for haircut. After haircut that guy took one blade infact half blade which was lying infront of me from almost 1 minutes. Because one minute back i didn't see that piece of blade at all and at the same time the person who was sitting next to me finished his haircut and left So i really suspect it was the blade that used on him. He used the same blade and did the shaving. I didn't any attention that time. Now i just checked the back of my neck. There is a small wound which is around 1 cm and still bleeding. Also after shaving my back of head has become red.

If the person on whom that blade was used is hiv positive and since the same blade used and i Got bleeding cut on my skin and wound is also deep and there was only a minute gap, what are my chances.

Residual blood on the surface of blade was exposed to air or out of host for maximum one minute. Is that time is enough to infect someone by making deep wound.

If infection is not possible Why?
Please help me

That blood needs to get into your blood stream so a small cut would not allow this to happen.

HIV is extremely fragile outside the body and becomes inactive once exposed to air.
