red rash within 48 hours of sex

hello sir , i am a 21 year male ;  one month ago i went to a place where i have danced with a unknown girl whom i know had done sex with many male but dont knew  the girl personally  both were drunk , i suddenly inserted my penis unprotected in her vagina .we both were standing and she was little shorter than me . i inserted my penis 3times in  her  vagina but dont have  any sex except 3 penetrations .after 3rd time  when i saw my penis it was erect and completely dry and no precum no fluids were there ..  before this incident happened i remained virgin
just after i reached home i had a nap and when i woke up i am having fever and sore throat the very next day i am having red dot like on my body but not in penis . the fever sore throat went away within 2 days of incident till then and now also i am having red rash on my body especially on my hands which never happened in my life time .
i asked  many times  to the girl whether she  is hiv positive she repeated times told me NO ; i forgot to mention one thing .. just after my 3 rd penetration the girl told to wait and went to the bathroom telling that she was going to toilet..then nothing happened
from that day i searched net each and every page  about hiv and its symptoms ..i tested my hiv antibody test and it came non reactive on the 9 th day though i know it is an early test after exposure.. on the 9 th day i also have full blood count test where  my white  blood cell are little bit high and red blood cell are also high a liitle bit
i dnt know what had happened to me i am really tensed i dnt know what i should do i am nervous to go to the doctor also .. i am a virgin boy ..
my question is do u think that my symptoms are that of hiv ?? or other STD ??plss help i am in emergency
i cannot sleep at nights with the tension that whether i am infected
i havenot got any fever sore throat or any smptoms except those red rash which occured within 48 hours  and is  happening till now

Hello,
The encounter you describe poses a really low risk of transmission but still a risk. The symptoms of ARS though does not occur immediately but 2 to 4 weeks after the initial exposure so try to keep calm.
I would suggest a 4th generation test at 28 days post exposure or a simple test at 3 months post exposure. I have a feeling that everything will be allright.
Take care

Don't go by the symptoms.
Try to keep calm and wait for the right time to test.
