In February, I had receptive anal sex with a man I met. When he "finished" he had withdrawn and finished "on me"-- and when I asked after seeing the condom on the floor, he said he pulled the condom off when he pulled out, and assured me he had it on the entire time. (THAT scared me as it was my first time doing anything like this)
4 months after the incident, (with no symptoms) I had an oraquick advance oral fluid test which was negative.
Here it is 10 months after the incident, and while I have no other "symptoms"-- my face seems to be thinner. (I am a slender guy anyway) but it seems my cheeks dont seem as "full" as they used to be. I am 33 and a smoker, so I'm not sure if this is "normal aging" or what? I haven't lost any weight at all.
After reading that the oraquick oral tests may only be 85% accurate, I was wondering if I should get tested again? I know facial wasting or whatever is generally from HIV treatment, but can't HIV cause it on it's own? Please give me some advice!! Thank you all and Happy New Year!
