worried like hell

hey ....i had unprotected vaginal sex with a sex worker in thailand .....is it really hjigh risk situation??
i went ffor testing after 4 and 6 week-hiv duo test  and hiv antibody test after 8 and 12 weeks?all came negative so i moved on...now after 110 days after the exposure i experiencing light pain in my lower abdomen(for past 1 week) is it a symptom of hiv  i have also tested other std test of syphilles, hpv ,semen and urine  culture everything is normal .is there any chances that i may still be infected wid hiv????OR I m definitely not infected its due 2 some thing else? pls pls help me wid your presious opinion atleast tell me that it cant be hiv...and ofcourse will be visiting doctor tomorrow .but still any advice is appreciated. thank you

I hope you have learned your lesson because you were lucky.Always use protection.For a few dollars for a packet of condoms you could save yourself a world of pain.
