gay bathhouse worry HIV

Hi, I had my first visit to a gay bathhouse. This is what i did: I kissed a guy on his neck and hugged him naked and stayed in that position. I then touched his balls and penis and he started to stroke my penis. He kissed my nipples and his hands touched my back and he was very close me in the intimate position. After that I told him to back off because I wanted to ejaculate. (Yes I did just that and I ejaculated prematurely.) I ejaculated in my hands. My worry is that before meeting me that guy must have touched or sucked several other men. Could it be possible that his hands were carrying semen from other men and entered my body through any broken skin?  I had also shaved my back and chest on the morning of the same day.  And his hands touched my back and hands and nipples.

Also when I ejaculated in my hand, that same hand of mine also in contact with his penis right before I ejaculated. I was stroking his balls and penis.  He did not ejaculate in my hand and I don't think my hands contained any of his pre-ejaculate either. But I might not have noticed it.  But suddenly after I touched my penis with the same hand. Should I be worried about catching any stds or HIV? I just did that and came out of the bathhouse after taking a shower. I am very worried specially because he was the guys from the bathhouse and he might have been carrying ejaculate from other men although he felt completely dry. Thanks.

At no time did you have a risk of contracting HIV in any of the situations that you have provided. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
