HIV ELISA AT 6 Weeks is valid??

Sir
I had an unprotected sex exactly 45 days ago with a sex worker.immediately the next day i was feeling feverish, muscle aches, joint pains and my left hand and left feet turn is numb.I have consulted a doctor and immediately got medication for fever and body pains.Later after a week,i met a HIV doctor and explained about what has happend. As per the doctor's advice I gave a PCR DNA Qualitative test on the 11 day after the sexual course. The test turned to be "NOT DETECTED"i.e negative.
After 6 Weeks of Exposure I've given a HIV AB TEST(ELISA).
The test Result is NON-REACTIVE(0.06)
What does this mean????? do I need further testing?

3 months is the best way to be sure. That way you wont have any question.
