several symptons, several doctors,lost

In June of last year I had a brief sexual relationship with a man whom later I found was even lying about his name. Needless to say this scared me horribly. About 4 to 6 weeks after the sexual exposure I developed a sore around a hair in my genatile area, It resembled a pimple in apperance and duration. However, it did hurt more than a pimple. shortly after this went away about 3 weeks I began to itch rectally and severe. That went away almost completly.  However, I began to itch all over with a rash at the back of my knees only slight but still there.I am having spidery feeling headaches not like migrains or any other headache I have ever had. My muscles ache all the time. It feels like they are constantly contracting. During this same time period I was extremly sick twice once with asinus infection and once with severe flu/cold symptoms except no regeritation. I have been to the doctor several time and been tested for almost all stds except herpes. She stated the rash on my legs was not of herpes nature. My HIV  and syphylis test both came back -. This was at 4 months after exsposure and I was on tetracycline for acne. At six months I had my white blood cell count tested as well as eletrolight levels. My md tested my thyroid and my liver levels. All of these test were fine. At one point she gave me cymbalta, which made me a total *****. Now I am even having muscle pain in my abdominal area at times and also back pain. So my questions are:  Could the tetracycline give me a faulse negative on syphillus? Does this sound like any std? Which test should I be asking for next from my dr? Is the hiv test reliable at 4 months? Please help I am uninsured and unemployed so the 800 dallors I have spent on all this testing is still a debt I am paying. not much free testing in this small community, thanks for any imput
