The only way you will know is if you test. Testing now will give you a conclusive result.
Thanks, I've decided to painfully wait it out until I go back home to get tested. I'm terrified of being deported as I've heard stories of people testing positive here and being asked to leave the country within 24 hours with guarded escorts.
In the meantime, the party vibe has definitely killed itself. Any idea on the risks of waiting up to 1 year after infection before getting any treatment for HIV?
I do not think there is any. Medication for HIV does not normally start until years afterwards. But waiting 1 year is a long time and might way too much on your mind. I encourage you to test now.

Its been 80 days since then and on 9th sep , I got my 3.0 ELISA as well as vdrl test and both came to be non reactive .......are these tests conclusive....i have read that there are chances that these tests may give wrong results......
please clarify this matter
