Need a doctors advice,

Doctor please give me some information!!!!

While at work I went to the bathroom. When I got into the bathroom I used my thumb to press the button in the knob in to lock the door. When I looked to make sure the door was locked I noticed some white liquid on the door knob button. It was not a lot but I am worried it was semen. I went to the sink and let the water run over my thumb.

I have two concerns. First I wash dishes at my work and so my hands are in a powerful sanitizing mixture often, this sometimes eats away at my skin. Second, I had a medium sized hangnail on my thumb, very close to where I pushed the door knob button lock. It was not bleeding but was slightly red and probably further bothered by the washing sanatizer. When I rinsed my thumb could I have washed hiv or an std into this inflamed hangnail?

After I used the restroom I went back to work. Before I started sweeping I placed my hand into the sink with the dish sanitizer just for good measure. Would this be enough to kill any std or hiv or would it already be to late? (a few minutes since the door knob)?

Am I at a risk for hiv or any other std?
