so many symptoms

as i posted before i had had 3 times of sex with CSW, everytime i used condoms, no breakage at all, but there are somethings that i  concern about.

1.SW  licked my anus after having robbed which was so much irritated  
2. during sex i noticed a cut less than 1cm on my finger that i had gotten 2 hours before the incident not bleeding at that very moment of sex, this makes me nerves if i had contact the secretion slightly without knowing myself,
3. on the other occasion, while having sex i saw condom 1/3 slipped off, only it covered 2/3 of my penis.

as a result, i stressed out, different symptoms occured to me,

1. mild headache
2, chills
3, feverish
4, sense of fever that moves around the body
5, burning sensation underneath of skin here and there(this is the most terrible feeling)
6, nausea
7, mouth bitter taste
8, pimple on face
7, skin become red when scratched even touched softly
8 .muscular spasms
9. feeling low
10.phobia against death

these are the things i have gone through for about 3 and half months now
