worry hiv

91 days ago Unfourtunately I had unprotected vaginal sex, so I did 3 hiv tests
1) 30 days after: ECLIA (0.20) non reactive 4th generation
2) 45 days after; ECLIA (0.16) NON REACTIVE
3) 90 days after; ECLIA (0.21) non reactive
Should I retest, what does it mean the index number?

Which one is more effective? ECLIA(roche) OR ELISA?
Regards

i recently went through 3 months of trauma due to the fear that i have hiv , then i got tested after around 4 months and was negative .... here are two pieces of  advice :
1. Dont ever use your sexual organs to THINK .. dont have unsafe sex !
2. If you think you are hiv infected , here s what you do STAY THE HELL OF THE INTERNET .. dont go around diagnosing yourself online ... guess what the problem is that HIV has such varied symptoms that if you do a lot of online research a month later you will be convinced that even a cough is a symptom .. take my case .. i mistook the smallest and most normal things for hiv symptoms and online research is what convinced me , trust me you will go mad if you go down that line , if you have a doctor you can trust go to him and let him do his job the internet cant see your symptoms , and if you dont just wait a few weeks and GET TESTED !

90 day test is conclusive, you don't have HIV. The index number is meaningless as long as it is below the cut off value which is 1.0. As you see your number has gone down and up, next test could be .85 and then .23...meaningless.
