suffering from my past

I am a guy who is living in hell-i had sex with a prostitute in southern africa and Mauritius-I was not consistently using a condon .At forplay i entered a few times (3 times in and out) but then wore condoms for the proper sex .I got gonoreaha and was treated for that in my mome country Australia , however I was too scared to test for aids. Its now about three years since I did this.I have not had any illnesses like TB or Pnemonia or thrush or diareaha , surely I would have been ill by now.Im healtyhy without fatigue rtc. and very fit .I seldomly get tired even after running a 200m race.I recover quickly and im very fit.Is there need for me to test still?

Hiv can have no physical symptoms whatso ever for a long time-a test is the only solution at this time considering you have not had another exposure the result you will get will be final.
