Testet Negative but have all symptoms

Hello experts,
I tested negative with 4th generation duo test at 60 days
Biosure rapid test at 62,77, 87 - Negative
4th generation duo Eclia at 91 days - Negative
It all started after 2 months after exposure ( oral sex ) i had a sore throt and developed tonsollites. I went to GP and gave me penicilin for 5 days, after the 5 days the infection was gone but i still have a sore throt even today.
I also had one day of fever 37,8 , diahreea on an of for about 2 weeks, night sweats and muscle pain.
Can anybody tell me if this is anxiety or am i the 0.01 person ?
Are my tests enought to be able to move on ?
Should i test again ?

You should  forget about hiv and instead go back to the doc if you have had a sore throat this long.

Your tests are beyond conclusive.  You did not have a risk for HIV, and you did not need to test, but since you did, you can be assured that the tests are conclusive.

Whatever is causing your medical issues has nothing to do with HIV.

Thank you very much for your answers. I would also want to ask you all if from all those cases where people asked if they could get hiv from aral sex anybody came back to say they actually did. Have you ever had a case like this here on this forum ?
I really believe that the answer for this question will be very beneficial to all of those who worry about the possibility or the likelihood of getting infected from oral sex.

I would also like to add that I really appreciate all the work you guys put in this and effort in proving accurate information to people who might not know anything at all about all this.

hiv has been around for 40 years so the science was well understood long ago by researchers. There are 1,000 diseases or conditions that you can actually get (like cancer with no warning) but you spend no time worrying about any of them, so your priorities are misplaced when you fixate on something you can't have.

Did you had such a case? Did anyone come back to say they actually tested positive after oral sex?

Your question is quite silly since you've been told a few times it doesn't happen ANYWHERE. Consider therapy for what is amounting to hiv obsession.
