swollen lymp node

Hi ,,
I had  protected vaginal sex with the prostitute .  after the sex i was not able to see the condom as she removed it immediately and the room was dark .. I have been experiencing the fatigue (tremendous amount .. not able to work .. trumendus amount of tierdness always continued after ten weeks also ), Even i feel tremendous amout of tierdness .no energy in the body ..just worn out .. always ready to sleep .

Exactly after 5 weeks i had swollen lymp nodes in the groin only on the right side  .. it is there till now ( after 10 weeks also )  .when i stand up i can see the swollen lymp node clearly .. but when i lay down there i cannot feel the swollen lymp node . I had gone to the doctor and shown the lymp node .. he seems not concerned about the HIV but of hernia.
and told me not to worry about HIV ..
I have some red boils on the chest and solders but even after 10 weeks and it started after 3 weeks of the exposure .
I had no fever and no vomiting or diaeria . I am not able to eat properly as i am scared of HIV .
Please help me and tell me if these are symptom of ARS .
Thanks ,
