Very Scared Please Help

I am a male in his 30s. A week ago, during a business trip, I visited a nigtclub where I had protected sex with condom with a prostitute.  In addition I introduced my finger in her vagina.  In that place, I used a hot tube and smoked mentholed cigarretes and I am not a great smoker.
Three days after that irresponsible encouter I presented symtoms of amigdalitis, my doctor prescribed azytromycin 500 mg for 6 days.  Since I am so ashamed, I did not tell my doc about that sexual encounter.  All my life I have been susceptible to throat infections.
I am terrified since I am a married man, and I do not want to put my wife at risk.
Please let me know what are my risk of getting a STD including HIV

Hi, Sorry to ask again, but I still feel bad about my behabior and afraid about a possible outcome.
Remenbering everything that happended that day, I recalled that while I was in a hot tube, the dancer approached her but cheeks to my face and my mouth briefely touched the lower part of her vaginal and annal region.
As I described before, this encounter was 13 days ago, and 3 days later I was with what appears to be tonsillitis.  I experienced mild sore throats and mild fever.  As of today, after the anti biotic treatment, I feel fine; however, At the back of my throat I can see a little redness and micro white spots on my right tonsil.  I call my doctor and she said that the white dots may be from food residues since my tonsils are quite large.
Do you think that this is a herpes symtom?
