Am I infected?!?

Hello. I am a 25 year old male.  About a year ago I met a guy in a bathroom and sucked his ****. He wanted to **** me but I said no. I blew him and he blew me until I came. About 6 months later I met a guy and he blew me. I jerked him off and he came on my ***. 2 weeks later I got a fever, bad night sweats, mouth ulcers and diarrhea. I constantly get mouth ulcers now and have been feeling week. Do I have HIV?!?

Hi there.  MedHelp adheres to the position of the CDC as well as the input of other expert physicians that HIV is only transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal sex, the sharing of needles, or from mother to child.  As nothing you mentioned was a risk of exposure to HIV, we are now closing this thread.  We wish you the best.

Hello. Here are all my possible exposures in the last year. In South Korea i was in the bathroom with a guy where we blew eachother. At the time I had ureatitis(immflamation of the urethra.)I came and he didn't cum in my mouth. He tried to have anal sex with me, but I said no. Two weeks after this I got a lot of canker sores in my mouth and a small fever. Then in Vietnam I met a girl prostitue. We cuddle and she sat on my stomach and jerked me off. We were both naked. In Vietnam I met a guy and he blew me until I came in his mouth. I jerk him off and he came on my hands. Two weeks after this I got a high fever, body aches, canker sores, night sweats, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. Should I be tested for HIV?

Do you think it's necessary to get tested over these incidents?

There can be many claims. Till to date, there has not been a single reported, documented and reported case of acquisition of HIV through oral sex. Furthermore, the mouth is a very hostile place for hiv. It has bacteria and enzymes that render the virus null. Please feel free to browse the doctors forum which is where we derive our answers from.

How do you know this? I see many people claim they got HIV this way? And should I get tested?
