transmission

Hi, i am asking this question as just a general understanding for myself. As I have mentioned before, I had unprotected inconsistent anal sex that didnt last very long, and there was no ejaculation. I have done 75 dat ELISA and 88 day rapid blood. I know i was told its conclusive by LIZZIE, but what my question:

would it take longer to show in the body if a small amount of the virus was transmitted over? or is transmission equal whether it is a large amount or small amount.
thank you.
