How Long Can HIV survive outside the Body?

I have a question for all regarding HIV and its survival outside the body.

I can understand how come people have never been infected by environemental surfaces but most sights say that you should protect sex toys. Wouldn't a sex toy be an enviromental surface?

can anyone explain?

hiv virus can transmit through unprotected sex. that means live transmission. once the virus exposed to air or environment it will die and it can not transmit to others. if there is chances means. vast people had to infected. there was no this kind of case. so don't worry. be calm.

I understand that Teak and thank you for your advice, and know that you have been a great help to many people.

As an educator (school teacher) I am just wondering why there is so much different information and opinions on this matter.

Is it just due to a lack of evidence or a lack of understanding?

For a virus that causes so much harm and hurt how come we seam to know so little about it compared to other things?

A lot of groups and organisations have opinions on this matter that differs, this seams to cause confusion with a lot of people and paranioa.

What is your opinion or others?
