unclothed genital rubbing for an hour?

Hi I was wondering if an hour long direct genital rubbing (both people wet on their genitals) can cause pregnancy or transfer of HIV. I was fertile when the incident happened and the guy didn't penetrate but might have dipped in for few minutes.

HIV is very easy to contract if you are engaging in high risk activities which fortunately you were not.You had no risk so forget this event & get on with life.

I have don't have any idea what stories you are talking about but in the situations you've provided you never had an exposure and you were given the ways that HIV is transmitted.

I am aware that HIV is a very hard disease to get. I was just paranoid because I heard some scary stories about semen or precum can get into vagina if it's right on the lip or urethra and and somehow infect the person even when there's no full penetration.

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
