Please Help stressed out and worried!!

I'm a 22 year old female and I recently had unprotected sex with
My now ex with an unknown status , before we had sex he
Told me that he get tested yearly and November of 2014
He tested negative for hiv and stds. We had sex June 6th 2015 . Approximately
3 weeks after having sex one time I started getting a very painful neck
My lymph nodes were not enlarged but it felt like they were painful .
The pain would go down to my shoulders and this lasted for about 2 weeks.
With the painful neck and shoulders I also had headaches once a day everyday.
For about a week in a half. I had no sore throat or loss of appetite , and no weight lost.
1 week after that I noticed like two small brown looking bumps/rash on the back
Of my neck 1 on each side . Lasted for about 5 days. 3 weeks after the exposure I got tested
For hiv and all stds and everything came back normal . I know I have to retest for hiv in another
Month but it's just driving me crazy not knowing with all the symptoms I've had. It's been 8 weeks today
Since my possible exposure and yesterday my forearm started breaking out , could this be ars rash??
I usually always breakout on my arms and hands because I consult wash them but I think it could be ars.
I've had achy muscles that don't last for more than a couple hours .. And I've never had a fever..
Could I have contracted hiv from this one time encounter?? Do my symptoms sound like arms symptoms at all??
Please help.

I will , it's just my anxiety that's making me worry so much I'm really scared, and unprepared for a positive result.

Well any negative test is good. Test again at 6-8 weeks then again at 3 months to comply with regulatory standards

I think a standard hiv antibody test .. When my results came back it said negative antibody 1/o/2 or something of that nature.
