unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex

I had sex with a sex worker in the Philippines,
*I received UNPROTECTED blowjob
*I touched vaginal fluid with hands
*PROTECTED vaginal sex

After 2 weeks from the sex, I got fever(38.0-38.5) for 28 hours, 2 hrs after the fever, I had exanthema starting from my mouth, hands and feets together with sore throat, then some of the exanthema turned to bladder after 24 hours and everything was gone after 2 weeks, the doctor told me that it was hand foot mouth disease.

But at 4th week after the sex, I had very little lymphadenitis under the lower jaw, body temperature around 37.0, feels dry in my throat and rhinorrhea some time. I went to the doctor, and the doctor told me it's because of germs in the air.

Is there any risk on HIV? it gets me very nervous when I searched online.
Please help me.

I'm just worried because of the fever and lymphadenitis that I got, and it gets me very nervous right now, because what comes out are so likely to be first stage of HIV when I searched online.

If I said you didn't have a risk, why would I say you need to test?

Nothing you mention is a risk for infection.
