unprotected oral sex and symptoms

hi, i am a male that had two exposures of receiving unprotected oral sex with ejaculation from female, one 2 weeks ago, the other 1 week ago, after 10 days from the 1st and 3 days from the 2nd exposure i started having symptoms such as swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, etc. i thought oral sex didn't have a high risk but after reading other websites, apparently when ejaculate there risk is high. how concerned should i be? how long after exposure does the infection shows symptoms?
thanks for the input

See a doctor for your symptoms they are unrelated to HIV. You've never had an exposure.
