unprotected sex and worried a lot ...in deep stress

hi,
10 days back I had unprotected sex with a lady(most stupid thing I ever done).Afer couple of days I got sore throught and I panicked so much that I m gonna die and all.She is a married women with 2 kids 32 age.As I panicked I told her to go for HIV testing .so after our encounter on 15th she got tested on 17th and it was non reactive ag/ab cmia .08 <1.it gave me little  satisfaction but soon after I start having muscle pains here and there dry cough and last night had lot of pain in knees.I feel my head is heavy.this may be due to I m so stressed and depressed m thinking 24/7 about this.Also after encounter I feel my stomach rumbling a lot .I feel I have it and just so depressed that everyone can see on my face.today is 9th day and I dont know what to do ..if its early for any kind of testing??

I am trying to keep my anxiety and panic in control now ...but in between get panic attack ...the girl tells me I should go to a psychiatrist..nd damn I need one too.....but three months can be long for any one ....

Panic and anxiety is responsible for all your syptoms! And if u further put yourself into vigorious panic u will get vital organs in your body damage,especially your thyroid.

There isn't any pain with swollen lymph nodes in ARS.

ok ..I can feel my lymph node swollen in neck and steep pain in other lymph node area's(occasionally)armpit elbows groin .
I think my body fighting infection.Still have swollowing trouble.not much I am in 7th week.got tested after 32 days with 4th gen and came ok ...I dont know how to wait for 5 weeks more...I feel really bad pain in lymph nodes time to time....
