Losing my mind please help me

Can someone please help me I am losing my mind I can’t sleep I can’t work I can’t function my life has become completele garbage I made a mistake of going to a escort and we had sex and now I am sure I have hiv
I had 4th generation test done
15 days negative
35 days negative
But still convinced I have hiv
I wore condom I don’t think it broke but I am unsure
I am uncircumcised and read that hiv can enter through foreskin and I read that only 95 percent infection detected at 34 days and that maybe I got a false negative because sometimes it happens and still in window period I ask dr hook he said it’s low risk exposure but still risk and said I need 6 week test to be certain no hiv

And dr hook say low risk with comdom
N I forgot my wife have stiff sore back now and rash on arm for 2 week she infected to now
As you were advised, you likely had zero risk, and even if you did, you have tested conclusively negative.  You do not have HIV, so there is nothing more our members can add about this no-risk event.

I kind of have the same situation, so I have been going through some research papers about STD's from prostitutes, and when prostitutes do not do drugs they are basically as safe or even safer than random girls in countries where prostitution is legal. I understand that you are always thinking "what if this happened and I got infected" but being realistic the odds  of you getting infected are almost null, because you have to take into account that the prostitute first wants to protect herself and she is much more worried than you of getting an STD. In addition to that, you have to consider that she is a professional and does that every day with a lot of guys, so she is really careful because if she gets infected with HIV she won't be able to work anymore because her goal is not to infect people as she will lose her clients trust and she'll lose her source of income. And also, legal prostitutes, at least the vast majority of them, get STD tests every 2 weeks or so. And most importan in case of unprotected sex with an HIV positive female the chance of getting infected is 4:10000

She was street hooker who looked like she use drugs she is high risk junkie she is not legal prostitution illegal
It is still very unlikely that you got HIV, but next time go to proper brothel. Despite that, you got tested and it was negative. And you are not going to change anything by worrying, so just don't think about it, and when it comes to your mind think about the odds, which are basically non existent taking into account the tests and the protection you used. When you buy lottery you know you are not going to win so this is the same.
You had zero risk so it isn't even comparable to a lottery. You need to move on and see a therapist and your doctor.

First you had NO risk.  Protected sex is not a risk.  You would KNOW if the condom broke and it didn't.  Then you went ahead and allowed anxiety to rule the day and tested.  Which was negative.  And regardless that you ignore you had no risk, you've tested conclusively negative.  Your duo on day 35 tells the whole story that you are now worried needlessly. I would talk to your doctor about anxiety.
