Thank u for responding so fast...i been up all night panicing....can u just explain how its no concern....when she handed me my coffee i got her fresh blood on my finger...it was still wet...im soo sorry for bothering u this early
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
Thank u again!!!! But im gonna bother u with another question soo sorry for ..what if i were to have a cut where her blood was..wouldnt that be a risk...i know u can get it through sex and needles....but i also read u can get it from wound to wound
Please answere my last question
You could only contract HIV if you both had deep open wounds & and they came together directly--that's all & that never occured.
Can blood seep through skin i also have some chapped skin.....so just by her getting blood on my skin isnt a risk right...it have to be alot of blood and would have to enter through a wound of mine big enough to enter.the bloodstream...i think im right
Im just scared.....im reading all diff things...some say u can have the tiniest cut some say large...im soo confused...i def know her wetblood was on my finger...i have no cuts just alittle dry skin...sorry to be a pain...but idk whoelse to ask these questions to
If that were true we would all have HIV by now.I assisted in a motor vehicle accident years ago & was covered in HIV+ blood and i tested negative months after--please I am telling you there is no risk.HIV can't survive outside the body,transmission takes place inside the body not outside it.
Enough, you never had an exposure if you can't accept the facts seek professional help as to why.
