i have an question about hiv too ?
im writing from germany ?
i have tested hiv after 10 weeks . it was an hiv 1 and 2 antigen antibody test methode.
how conclusive is this test methode after 10 weeks is my question.
I had an risky contact in 21.february. i tested hiv 1 and 2 antigen antibody in 6,june
. the test result was negative. how sure is this duo test after 10, 11 and 12 weeks.
the reason why i made this test was in april my lymphocytles was degraded (19,4) shoulb be between (25-40).
i conncted it with hiv cause im an scareder human. i read something about it but i have an negtive test result but i dont know how safe it is.

i need some professional answers cause im at the moment a little bit isolated from the world because of this task. if im thinking about the past and my degraded lymphocytes im getting scared, nervous and sad.i have nobody to talk about this problem.i cant talk with friends about this task

16th april blood picture-my lymphocytes were degraded. should beetween 25-40=19,4, leucocytes 4-10=9
after this results i get scared. i thought it could be a connection between hiv and this results cause i read leucocytes is very high and lymphocytes is degraded.i heard is one indication i dont know truth this information is but im always scared when iam thinking about it.
my last two blood pictures were all right said my doctor, i dont know if i should believe him.how is it when a doctor have seen an indication for hiv or some other illnesses he would say directly is that right can i believe this statement.
could someone saying me if an connection between blood picture and hiv exists or not.
or is an hiv test the only methode to find the virus not on indicators.

HIV Instant duo/combo antigen-antibody 4th gen test are done after 4 weeks of risky exposure. In your case you tested after 10 weeks, the results are conclusive. You are HIV negative and need not bother further. Always use a condom for penetrative sex, they are readily and easily available in every corner or medical outlet.
(PS: I am not a Doctor, I research on hiv, interact with patients and doctors and read journals and help people with anxietry over HIV. )
