concerned

I just want to make it short and clearly, is it possible that somebody used the syringe to suck its her own blood if the blood had problem and then inject it to somebody else  when the people are sleeping so as to transmit the HIV disease. please give the analysis of scentific rather than make fun of this quesion. Thanks
